Preschool and childcare

“We love Bodies In Motion! I cannot say enough about their staff. My oldest has been going there since she was 4. We did the preschool program, KinderCare, and the after-school program. They know my whole family by first name including my little one who is only 2.:) My daughter always comments on how Mr. Dugan is so much fun and plays with them. Not to mention their workouts are frickin awesome!”

“Bodies in Motion is a unique facility that offers adult fitness, obstacle course for children, a preschool, martial arts for all ages, food services, as well as parent's night outs. I have visited Bodies in Motion many times and each time the customer service has been top-notch and the building (to include bathrooms) are always clean. I am grateful this facility is in my area of town! This is a great place to bring kids to play while the parents can kick up their heels and relax!”

“There's No Place Like Home! At least that is how it feels when you walk in the door at Bodies in Motion.  My son started the Little Ninja program two years ago. We were there for the grand opening and continue to come  almost daily.  I have been so impressed with the general atmosphere, positive spirit of the owners, staff and other patrons. My son continues with his taekwondo and has also been a pre-school student.  He LOVES it!  He is excited to show me his projects and talk about the letter he learned each week.  He loves to have open play and is motivated to build his character and strength in the taekwondo class. As for myself, I thoroughly enjoy visiting with other parents, relaxing, sometimes meeting business associates here.  And with all the parents around, it seems we are the village raising our kids. We all pitch in and look out for one another. On top of all the awesome programs, camps, parent's night out, pre-school, after-school pick-up/care and more...Bodies in Motion puts on great parties!  Sure, there are awesome birthday parties, but I am talking about Halloween and Easter.  Haunted house and egg hunt.  I have made it a number one event to attend because my son and nieces/nephews/friends/cousins love it so much. You would think the owners couldn't make it any better but they did right from the start.  Inside is Sandella's Flatbread Cafe.  My son loves the pepperoni flatbread pizza and hot chocolate.  I love the Greek Salad and lattes. Then it gets even better.  The open play area has comfortable seating for the adults to visit, read a book or whatever. The kids have playhouses, tunnels and slides, dress up costumes, train tracks, beyblades, lego blocks, Wii (this is really fun to watch the crowd gather for this activity), room to run and friends to run with until they drop.  My son usually only wants to leave because he can hardly keep his eyes open after all the activity. Oh, and did I mention it is incredibly cool to watch the ropes course.  I admit, I have not yet found the courage to go up but put it on my bucket list. And for anyone concerned with cleanliness, no worries there either.  The staff does a great job of tidying up the play area on a regular basis including wiping down the play structure. So...come one, come all...join this awesome and big extended family.  You are always welcome at the home of Bodies in Motion!”

“Such a breath of fresh air with your parties. Originally, we looked at some of the other places which invoke high stress for me. The way your team conducts a party and interacts with my child and her friends was such a cool experience. Thank you!”

Parents’ Night Out

“Took my son there for super hero night. It was his first time there. I was nervous, but they made me feel better by making him feel included. He had a blast, and didn't want to leave. We will be back!”

“Great community!   We've been associated with Bodies in Motion for about 1 year.  It started with Taekwondo classes and has grown from there.  We've met some great families and it's fun to hang out.  We had very special 5-yr birthday party!   And Parents Night Out!  The kids LOVE it and we (parents) LOVE it.  It is a safe and healthy place.  The staff and instructors are respectful with the children and ask that the children be respectful.”

“Great family place! It's fun for kids and adults or...it can be relaxing for adults too. It's the best of both worlds. The martial arts program is top notch. Parent's night out is a blessing. And now I have discovered a convenient and challenging way to get myself in shape through their workout programs. Oh, and if you don't have time to prepare dinner? Well, they have a healthy alternative there too. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.”

“For our family, this was perfect. We have an 18 month old, a 10 year old and a 14 year old. There was something for all of them and they had a blast for several hours. We'll definitely be back!”
Amanda Mills · Facebook
“I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Mornings here are lovely when it's quiet- the 2 year old can climb and slide every where while the 8 month old can crawl around on the cushioned ground. The coffee is delicious too!”
Reese Barker · Google
“Awesome place to take kiddos to use up their energy. Our son is almost 2. What I liked about this place was that we could join him in exploring the play area. The slides are big enough. They also have adult classes. I love their kickboxing class.”
Becca M · Google
“Very pleased with the open play area. My 4 year old was in heaven. So much variety between the indoor play gym, costumes, train tracks, exercise ball... You name it. Was not a stuffy parent area either. Clean, cozy, bright. Has nice couches for parents or a cafe sitting area with tables and chairs and internet access. Will be returning!!!”
Mindy H · Yelp
“Great place for the entire family! It is a fun place where we can all get activities in and get us moving. Sometimes I go to relax on the couch to catch up on work and other times the hubby and I do the workouts. This place brings us balance. (: Our experiences here gave our kids the confidence to repel down water falls in Costa Rica!”
Courtney Travis · Facebook
“My kids could not get enough of this cool place and I had to pry them away even after FOUR hours of playing! For those familiar with Just Kiddin' Around (now closed), it's easily more than twice that size. My kids were playing with giant tires, going down super fast slides, climbing on the rock climbing wall, playing with trains and legos, snacking on healthy food, climbing on the monkey bars, and more. We will absolutely be back for sure!”
Healther Whittaker · Facebook
“When you and the kids have cabin fever--hands down, this is the best place to go. It costs less than a trip out to the movies, and lets the kids get ALL their energy out! Lots of activities for the kids to do, and nice big comfy sofas with free wifi for me. If you need something to eat, we always order one of their yummy snacks. For some reason the acoustics in the building keep the noise level down, so when you leave, you're not going to have a headache (unlike some other game/entertainment centers). Love this place!”
Lesley Van Foster · Facebook
“I LOVE this place. We live in Kuna and I consider it totally worth the drive. They have such a sweet and polite staff. We had bought a groupon for a couple's rope course that had expired and I was bummed because I thought I wasn't going to be able to use it. I asked them about it today and they let me apply it towards general admission for my kids and even towards lunch! The place is always clean and my kiddos always have a great time. The couches are comfy, the food is good and you also get free wifi. Win all around! **We also had my daughter's bday party here six months ago and they were totally accomodating for that as well even though we didn't sign up for one of the packages. These guys are all about customer service! Thank you BIM!”

“Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you and your staff at Bodies in Motion. They are so encouraging. You feel like they are invested in you and are cheering you on! Maddie is super approachable and personable.  Andrew always is cheerful and kind. I don't know who it was but my daughter was crying her head off and they offered to let her sit in a quite room until she could calm down. I already know you guys know how great you are but I wanted to remind you that it is those small things that make such a big difference. Obviously it comes from the top down. I would love to know when you put on an unofficial/official ninja warrior for kids so we can put it on our calendar and get our kids to the competition. Thanks again!”

“What a refreshing change from most gym atmospheres. I love the very open spacious layout and the fact that my kids can play while I am taking a class. “BIM is the ultimate family fitness venue! The classes are all amazing (if you like a good butt kickin) The staff is very friendly and always helpful! The environment is all about family health, fitness and fun! This is definitely the best exercise facility in Boise. The Spartan trainings are not only for past, present, or future Spartans, but also great for anyone just wanting a great workout! If you are looking for a new family friendly facility, look no further! Their summer camps are amazing too!”

“I work out here and take my kids to the play area. I personally love the workout which I have been doing for almost 2 years. I am in the best shape of my life. Facility is always extremely clean to go along with professional and friendly staff. Owners are always on hand to ensure a top shelf experience for both adults and children.”

“I've been doing the Kickboxing and SGX classes here for about 9 months now. To put it simply, they are a TON of fun even if hard work. It's never boring or repetitive. The variety of workouts, instructors and music keep it exciting and refreshing. I've noticed changes physically and emotionally and feel so much better every day I go with having more energy and better sleep. My only regret is not starting sooner! The instructors are encouraging, supportive and inspiring. If you need to modify for an injury, you're just starting out and/ or are hesitant about a certain exercise, they will suggest other ones to keep you moving. They get to know you and sometimes give a little gentle nudge if they think you can do more. It's the opposite of intimidating! Everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. It's a unique atmosphere with really great people who genuinely care about your fitness goals.”

“Get moving! This is the place to play. The cozy, friendly atmosphere creates the perfect environment for your whole family to find something that's fun. Bodies in Motion not only provides fitness classes for kids and adults, they serve healthy food, and they establish relationships. My kids love Bodies in Motion because they get to run and play. I love Bodies in Motion because it is clean, and it allows me the opportunity to workout while my kids are having a blast. This is the place to get healthy, so get moving and try it out!”

“I have only been to adult fitness classes here for just over a week.  When I first visited, I was impressed with the variety that was on offer for all age groups.  The fitness classes are excellent, varied, challenging and fun. I have heard nothing but great things about Bodies in Motion from friends who utilize the martial arts and other child-oriented programs.  The coffee and flatbreads are great too.”

“Bodies in Motion is Fantastic! I completed my first Ultimate Body Challenge in November and am now addicted to the classes. The classes are challenging, intense, and fun. The instructors are some of the best. They are always encouraging, yet they push you to achieve more. I am currently taking their mini "holiday booty camp" and can't wait for the next UBC class.”

“My family and I love coming here! The people are great and everyone is very welcoming and encouraging regardless of where you are in your personal fitness journey. We have been coming since  September of last year and my wife and I are doing more than we ever thought possible. Our kid can't get enough and always asks if today is a Bodies in Motion day. Seeing her run around and be active motivates us to do more too so we all win!”

“This place is a game-changer for people who want to be fit and also have children. I have been going to Bodies in Motion since almost its beginning and it is a safe, FUN place for my kids while I work out. Bodies in Motion provides a family friendly community of friends we have built up through taking Fitness classes, and in general the staff are just fantastic. I am in the best shape of my life at near 40 years old, I've made friends, I always feel welcomed, and my wife and I both get to provide a weekly positive example to our children... who both began taking Taekwondo classes where they are learning discipline and self respect. If there were a way to give this place a thousand stars on Facebook, I would. I cannot rate it highly enough.”
Kelly Hagans · Facebook
“Most family friendly place to workout in Boise!   My wife and I have done the Thai-Robics classes, the UBC, the Sport Fusion and taken our kids to Strong Tots, open play, and currently have our daughter going to pre-school here. We've both done the Ropes Course, had great coffee there, and are wanting to try out their Date Night for parents as soon as our littlest one is old enough.  We used to go to Golds, do day care with grandma, etc... but this place is PERFECT for a family like ours. We can do all we want to do to stay healthy, while our children learn great habits and have an awesome play area to do it in.  Not only that, but Duncan and Rachel who own it are constantly improving services, facilities and checking to see if people are happy. My wife and I could not recommend this place more highly!”

“I have been taking fitness classes through Bodies in Motion now for a few months and I must say that I enjoy everything about this place.  The staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each individual that walks through the door. In addition, the fact that they have a play area indoors is also a major plus!  My 10 and 7 year old LOVE to climb and play on the play equipment!  They beg to go with me to my fitness classes so that they can play! Bodies in Motion has something for everyone, whether you are looking for a Zumba class, a karate class for you or the kids, a place to enjoy a latte with friends while your kids play, or an exciting experience on the high ropes course, Bodies in Motion is the place to be!!! I really enjoy Bodies in Motion and feel at home when I walk through the doors!  I am so glad that I found such a friendly, caring, and fun atmosphere to get into shape while having a great time!!!”

“Bodies in Motion is a unique and special place. I never cared for the gym. I joined a challenge in January and am hooked. I have lost weight, am healthier and stronger. Owners and staff are skilled and knowledgeable and care about my progress. I feel like I can grab and talk to them about any aspect. I love the family atmosphere - parents can bring their kids and they can play on the equipment while parents work out - sometimes exercising right along with their parent. While there are all levels of people in the classes, training for Spartan races, etc., I don't feel intimidated, judged when I go at my own pace. I take both kickboxing and ultimate classes. Workouts are carefully put together and vary all the time - they really kick butt - and I never get bored - the hour goes by so fast. And I always feel like I worked hard when I leave. They hire great people - all are friendly and fun, but they know their stuff. Lots of laughter in classes. If there was another star I would click on it! :)”

“Like Kelly's review before me there is no one word you can use to describe this place.  I am just finishing up their Ultimate Body Challenge which is a 10 week butt kick!  I have already dropped 10 lbs and 5% body fat! I feel like I am in the best shape of my life and the staff has taught me that my body can do much more than my mind thinks it can (i.e. Box jumps!).  I have so much more confidence and feel like a new person. I started the program when my son was 8 months old and I would recommend it for any mom wanting to get her body back.  I am already in better shape then before I had my son. The facility itself is great for family and kids.  My husband and son come and play while I workout and then we can order delicious food for dinner.  I also love the new protein shakes after an AM workout. I can't say enough great things about BIM.  There is so many things going on there it's a great place for anyone!”

“Ok, so you know how amped you get listening to Eye of the Tiger when you watch Rocky?  Or the Star Wars theme song when it blasts onto the screen?  Or maybe when you crank up Rage Against the Machine and rock out with your toddler?  What, is that just me? Anyway, THAT is how excited I am to review Bodies in Motion. I've known the lead instructor and owner for almost fifteen years, and have taken fitness classes from him in four different venues from his lowly beginnings as an assistant Taekwondo student/instructor to now opening his own fitness/karate/daycare/playland/food/coffee complex.  And I have to say  Duncan Richardson can work you out and run a business like nobody's...well...business. This place is awesome.  The whole concept is to get people moving and healthy.  Kids, adults, in shape and obese... everyone fits in here and they really care about you. First the instructor staff: Duncan the lead is personable and charismatic and can almost will the fat off you.  It's amazing.  He makes it fun to kill yourself in a thairobics class and I'm pretty sure he could make a root canal a good time. His wife/biz partner Rachel is an ex BSU cheerleader and mother of four... who looks like she coud whip Schwarzeneggers tail.  Ripped!  And is also super nice and very good at getting students to work. Kyndal should've been a drill seargant... heck, maybe she was?  Either way, she knows her stuff and does not allow failure in her class.  You always get a great workout. Rhea seems like she's going to be nice to you in class, and comes off so friendly it's disarming... then bam you're sore for a week!  Which, is exactly what you want in an instructor.  I'm actually sore as I type this from Rhea kicking my butt last night.  There are a few other instructors as well, and they're really all awesome. The facility:  Wow.  It's got a wave slides that is tied for the largest indoor one in North America.  The slide is attached to a kid-zone type climbing gym playland thing... I can't describe it better than that, but it's got slides and obstacles and a little zip line thing... it's cool. So while your kids play there (or stay in the on-site daycare facility), you can take Karate and/or fitness classes (which run simultaneously).  There is a ropes course on site, and if you get hungry there are wraps and pizza and espresso available at the cafe inside.  It's brand new and set up perfectly for families on the go... which is what I like best. I could go on for days: There's after school van pickup, they do birthday parties, and on and on... it's just pretty awesome and I highly recommend you go check it out.  I got to partake in the first Thairobics class they held there last night, and it was really impressive.”

“SO MUCH FUN!! This was my first time on a ropes course and I had to go out of my comfort zone a little but it was a great experience! The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. The Bodies In Motion guys on the ropes with the rest of us were awesome and there in a flash to help when I was having trouble maneuvering through one of the steps on the course. They were really friendly and made everyone feel very safe.”

“This was such a great evening with my family, we went on Saturday, Jan. 13th. We did the cosmic rope course and had so much fun. The employees were amazing and went out of their way to help us and make it fun! Our reservation was lost and they stayed late to put our party of 8 through the coarse after the first group. Thank you Sam and Mattie!!! Afterwards Mattie showed us some Ninja Warrior events and tricks to do them. My kids loved their experience and want to go back.”
Jennifer Pruett Gardner · Facebook
“I went with my girlfriend over the weekend. We had such a blast. Totally exhausted when done. Upper body strength is a must. This a such a confidence builder and test of you ability to release fear of height and accept the laws of physics. It also challenges the mind. I was the oldest one there (56 yo), and the youngest was probably 10 yo. The safety harness came in handy towards the end. I TOTALLY needed it on the last two swings. Now the obstacle is to find enough friend who are healthy enough to do the escape challenge together.”
David Cheshire · Facebook
“Come prepared for a good time, the rope course is a blast! We are definitely going back. If you are like us and have kids, then there is a lot for them to do while you are on the ropes. My kids are young and felt left out, and cried while we were up on the ropes. The staff was great! and got them distracted and playing until we were finished. Then afterward you can stick around and have just as much fun on the other equipment with your kids!”
Kelan L · Groupon
“My husband and I went to the couple ropes course for a date night. First off, it is a smoking deal. We only had to pay $50 which included the ropes course AND dinner. There are gluten free optionsfor dinner but not many. I had the Fiesta Salad which was good and much appreciated after the workout from the ropes course. Husband had the buffalo chicken flatbread. He said it was good though he wish he could add more spice. All this being said, you don't go for the food. You go because it is an awesome adventure to do with your sweetheart. Sooo much better than your typical dinner and drinks. What really made the night special was how amazing our instructor was. He was patient, funny and encouraging. Wish I could remember his name...what can I say I am old. Saw the kickboxing class while we were waiting and it looked awesome as well.”
Stephanie R · Yelp
“It is really hard to find more fun indoors in Boise than Bodies in Motion. A million programs, martial arts, indoor ropes course, giant play structure, coffee and lunch, it is perfect really. My 11 year old daughter and I love coming here and doing the ropes course. It has high, challenging obstacles that are fun and completely safe ... but give kids (and adults) a chance to feel safely out of control while learning to lead and navigate obstacles. You'll climb, swing, jump, pull, and rappel your way around a course that requires balance, strength, coordination and courage. Most importantly, you'll have a blast. The owners Duncan and Rachael have put together a team of people to rival Disney. They are so focused on ensuring your experience is perfect every time that you almost forget you only drove a few minutes to have so much fun. Plenty of parking, easy to get into, REAL service. And, if you just want to let the kids play while you enjoy a beverage, there is plenty of room for that too. We'll keep coming back because it is more fun than a barrel of monkeys!”

Team building

“My expectations were met!! Duncan did an awesome job of setting the stage based on our needs. He then brought it full circle at the end. The team was engaged the entire time. It was an experience I would do again! In fact, I will schedule a follow up in the next few months to continue the momentum we built.”
Dr. Sherawn Reberry · Idaho Digital Learning Alliance
“I have been utilizing Bodies in Motion for both my Leadership class and AP Psychology class for over 6 years. The team building and high rope activities we do are monumental in the learning of specific Units and curriculum and provides for a wonderful way to apply theory in these subjects to the real world.”
Kelly Gosner-Timberline
“We used Bodies in Motion for a conference team-building activity, and I could not recommend them enough! From the very beginning, it is apparent how much work went into each activity. The staff is incredible knowledgeable, supportive and enthusiastic. They made our conference attendees really break out of their shell and push them (an appropriate amount) outside of their comfort zones while connecting it to real-world leadership skills. Overall they created an awesome adventure for our attendees. Thank you, Bodies in Motion!”

“We had a group of about 30-40 people come in for a fun team building night! The owner and staff were amazing, keeping the entire night so much fun for us all. There was never a moment of feeling unsafe. They clearly knew how to communicate to us all on the most efficient ways to accomplish each task. I know we will all be sore in the morning, but thank you for the great night. Our team is stronger now because of you!”
Andrew Randall · Dutch Bros
“Our school had the opportunity to bring our second and third grade students to Bodies in Motion for the students' Adventure Day. The Bodies in Motion staff were supportive and encouraging in a professional manner. They understood the developmental needs of the age group and varied levels of ability. The Bodies in Motion Ninja Warrior experience set the stage for our classes to work together through communication and teamwork. The ropes course was challenging for all students and the staff helped them feel success no matter how far they made it on the course. Each child was able to be successful at their own level. We look forward to visiting Bodies in Motion again next year.”

“This was such a fun night. Conquered some ropes with my husband and we both thought it was one of the best date nights! Will definitely go again!”

“Ropes course is awesmome and a great team builder. Ninja Warrior lets you know you don't have as much strengh as you think you have. Tough game but tons of fun if you do it with friends and just enjoy the time.”

“Bodies in Motion has SO MUCH to offer. It's more than a place for my kids to play. It's more than a work out facility. It's more than a place to have lunch. It's more than a community. It's all of those things and then some. I love my PIYO class while my child plays safely on the equipment. I love that when I walk in the door I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. I love that I get to climb on the equipment with my kids and then play tag in the Taekwondo area. But most of all, the owners are accessible, friendly, respectful, helpful and such nice and informative people. It is a pleasure going to Bodies in Motion. I recommend it to anyone.”

“This little ninja had just turned 3 years old when she saw her big brother take a Taekwondo class at Bodies in Motion. She turned and asked if she could try it, too. Fast forward six years later, and she was ready to test for her first black belt by the age of 9. Our biggest wish for her during her time spent training is that she would learn perseverance, strength and confidence. With help from her instructors, she accomplished this and more! We would definitely recommend Bodies in Motion for martial arts training!”

“My children have been coming to the Bodies in Motion Tae Kwon Do program since we moved here, 6 years ago. My son is a black belt and one of my daughters is testing for black belt later this year. Some of the best parts of this program are: 1) variety of skills. There are units on self defense, grappling, and boxing, in addition to the traditional sparring skill set. I love that my children know how to perform the wrist escape (and other skills) if someone grabs them. 2) many class times available. We were able to continue to attend classes even when our schedules changed with sports, music, etc. 3) being able to bring younger siblings to play on the indoor playground during lessons. 4) the discipline, focus, strength that comes from learning martial arts. My children have written, worked on, and achieved goals of all kinds including physical, self esteem, focus, and teamwork. The physical and mental training they do here has helped in sports, school, and social settings. 5) instructors that genuinely care about and want my children to succeed.”

“We started the Little Ninja's program for my 5 year old son and are loving it! They are great with the kids and I have already noticed an improvement in manners and behavior from my son. On top of that he loves playing before and after class. Can not recommend the program enough!”

“Bodies in Motion is awesome.  It offers a top-notch martial arts program for people of all ages.  What a great way to instill confidence in young people and a sense of accomplishment for older people. The fitness programs include nutritional advice as well as fun and challenging workouts. The comraderie among those in class makes you feel like part of a big fitness family and it keeps you coming back. I have been taking martial arts and fitness classes at Bodies in Motion and its predecessor for almost ten years now.  Keep up the good work!”

“We've been going to Bodies in Motion since shortly after it opened. This is a mother's dream, especially during these cold, winter months. Recently, we've signed our kids (age 5 and 3) up for Taekwando and they LOVE going to class twice a week. They are excited about what they are learning and the instruction is top-notch. We've also been to several birthday parties, where everything is done for you, and have enjoyed their "camps" during vacation days from school. Highly recommend checking it out!”

“We love Bodies In Motion!  My kids look forward to their Taekwondo classes every week, and beg us to take them there to play too!  The staff is great, the teachers are wonderful, and they have delicious healthy food too! Their birthday parties are awesome!  We cannot say enough positive things about this place!”

“Amazing place! My son has been taking Taekwondo from Mr. Richardson for 2 years. His self confidence and leadership skill has excelled beyond expectations. Mr. and Mrs. Richardson and staff are amazing. They go the extra mile to help anyone and everyone. Highly recommend this place for daycare, fun place to take kids, taekwondo experience, high ropes.”

“Jen - Kids love it. I enjoy it.  Slides, climbing, toys, costumes...there is always something for both my boys to play with before and after class in the huge gym.  The Little Ninjas class is awesome for my 4 year old because he gets to play, exercise, and get "homework" like "teamwork" and "memory recall."  I like the comfy couches for the families and their Flatbread restaurant inside.”

“We first start going to BIM last summer for tae kwon do. Their Little Ninjas program is just the right amount of fun and study for the little tots.  The instructor, Rachel (also owner) is amazing with the kiddos - keeps them focused, attentive, and having fun. Then we started at the preschool, and this is when I really feel in love with BIM.  The preschool program here is amazing!  Sarah, Lexi, Lindsey and Jessica are beyond wonderful with the kids.  I love them all and I could not have been happier with Tyler's preschool experience. The curriculum is strong and interactive, and includes a lot of physical activity which is great for little boys (and girls!)  I am very happy that my son is able to continue spending time there before and after Kindergarten. I feel so at ease knowing the BIM team is taking care of him during the day and transporting him to and from school safely.  I'm really appreciative of this program and all the staff here. The place itself can seem kind of overwhelming when you first go in - kids running everywhere, classes going on, adults hanging out drinking espresso and eating yummy flatbread...don't worry, it's a smoothy-ran operation!  The large "open-play" structure is any kids' dream. If you stop in you can relax on a comfortable couch while the kids have a ton of fun.  It's just a great overall place and we are lucky it's near our neighborhood!”

“We love Bodies in Motion! Excellent huge play area that keeps the kids entertained for hours. We've taken Taekwondo for the kids and done the adult exercise classes. All of the instructors are top notch and really care about their students.”

“I think everyone enjoyed the challenge as well as the different game options we got to play and compete in. Our axe-pert was excellent, friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was fun seeing everyone tackle the activity in their own way. I would definitely recommend axe throwing and Bodies in Motion to any group!”
Laura · Scentsy
“We had a great time. The gentlemen that was the coach was very patient and we did enjoy his humor as well. I was very impressed with the sign for our company and how you went the extra mile to ensure the coloring was correct. We will definitely recommend the axe team building event to others! It was the talk of our office that whole week and did help break the ice with our new group and build camaraderie.”
