Kids Ninja Warrior Classes in Boise

Train like a ninja: build strength, speed, agility and confidence with coaches who meet every child where they are.

Train like a ninja

Our high-energy Ninja Warrior classes are designed to build strength, agility and confidence. There are two age groups, one for ages 5–8 and another for kids 9 and up, so challenges suit each child’s stage of development. From obstacle course skills to body awareness and coordination, kids gain more than physical fitness: they build resilience, focus and a sense of accomplishment in every class.

Ninja Warrior is also a great alternative to traditional sports, a fun cross-training option, or a way to stay active between seasons. Owner Duncan Richardson competed on American Ninja Warrior in 2016.

Free private ninja trial

Our free trial is a 30-minute one-on-one session. Your child meets one of our coaches and tries beginner parkour and obstacle skills, just enough to build confidence and spark excitement. It is fun and low pressure. Parents must stay to watch (cheering encouraged), but no participation is needed. Have siblings? Bring them too: register one child and we’ll include the rest.
