• Name and contact information
• Demographic information
• Usage data and analytics
• Information from cookies and tracking technologies

How we use it

• Internal record keeping
• Personalizing your experience
• Sending promotional emails
• Improving our products and services

Contact form and email

If you use the form on our contact page, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), program and message you enter. The form sends them to our help inbox (help [at] bodiesinmotionidaho.com), and the email is delivered through Mailjet, an email delivery service. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you send us.

Text messages (SMS)

Bodies in Motion Idaho may send text messages (SMS) to individuals who have provided their phone number in connection with a job application or business inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Mobile opt-in and consent to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and measure how the site is used. We load Google Tag Manager (the same container our previous website used) so advertising and analytics tools — including measurement for ads that send people to this site — can run when configured. You can choose to accept or decline cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party services and links

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties without your consent, except for trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website. Parts of our website use or link to other services, which have their own privacy practices that we do not control:

• Calendly for scheduling tours, birthday party RSVPs and trial classes.
• GymMaster for the online waiver portal.
• Camps for Kids Idaho (campsforkidsidaho.com) for camp and event registration.
• Mailjet for delivering contact form messages by email.
• Google, for the map on our pages, fonts the site loads, and Google Tag Manager (which may load other measurement tools such as Meta’s pixel when we configure them there).
• Our Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and YouTube pages, which we link to.

Security

We are dedicated to safeguarding your information and have implemented suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to secure it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as necessary to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. Please check this page periodically for changes. By using our website, you signify your acceptance of this policy.
