Traditional fitness facilities are driven by one objective, to sign as many members up as possible. Our objective is to enroll fitness students, learn who they are, and help them reach their goals.

Proven Methods for Maximum Fat Loss
Our secret sauce to helping our fitness students lose body fat and build muscle mass is attributed to several things. We exist because most traditional gyms don’t work, unless you’re educated in the metabolic pathways of the human body. In addition to that, you’d need to understand fitness training periodization and muscle adaptation. Leave it to us! You just need to show up and we’ll coach you through each workout.
Part of our secret sauce is what keeps you motivated to work hard each time you show up to class. You’ll find each of our fitness classes mentally stimulating with exercises that are far from mundane.
The best part about our system is that we do all this naturally and without having to purchase private training sessions. We don’t sell any supplements, and most of our students don’t even know we offer personal training. This is because our SGX Spartan class is a stand alone program that commands amazing results!
So What’s a Class Like?
Well, it’s different each time. A typical class may use dumbbells, medicine balls, monkey bars, ropes, chains, buckets, bands, and more. We’ll also incorporate the outside environment as much as possible. In fact, you’ll find us having special gatherings in various places for SGX classes, such as Camel’s Back park. There truly is never a dull moment in our fitness program.
